Black ops exercise, multiple unmarked blacked out SUV / suburban style vehiclesinc one hauling trailers, one with an odd antennae array. Entering town around 0900 hours Central.

According to the local paper included in the mock railroad training is the 101st Civil Support Team, Walter Knox hospital, Idaho Bureau of Homeland Security and the Idaho State Communication Center.

Very odd seeing 15 DHS vehicles entering a town of 7k.

1000 Local, 5 miles south of Homedale ID

2 dark helicopters west bound, approx 5-700 feet.

First was small to medium, with litters on both skids.

Second was slightly larger, with a personel winch on one side.
