DHS has raised the terror threat to its highest level after ICE arrests citizens illegally in the U.S. from Maoistan, the Islamic Republic of Salahmi Salahmi, and two high level cartel members from the Tobasco cartel, and the Nachos cartel while attending a meeting together.

ICE agents had been tracking a Salahmi citizen who had illegally entered the United States by crossing the Canadian border in June.  The investigation led to an apartment in Yakima, Washington State.  While a raid was planned and the Salahmi citizen were expected to be at the apartment, what they did not expect to find was also a Maoistani citizen, and two cartel members from two separate cartels, all in the same apartment at the same time.  Early public statements reveal that the ICE raid interrupted what appears to be a meeting to carry out a sophisticated and highly coordinated attack on U.S. critical infrastructure, as well as assassinations of political and law enforcement personnel.

Some maps and lists of names and locations were retrieved, as well as numerous communications devices.  However, at the onset of the raid, the Maoistani citizen pulled a flash drive from his computer, immediately shutting the computer down.  An ICE spokesperson stated that the flash drive appears to be some type of secure Live Operating System, which is encrypted, and leaves no forensic evidence on the computer in which it is being used.   A forensics analysis is being conducted on the device, but some who spoke on condition of anonymity are certain that the most valuable intelligence about this joint terror operation is on the flash drive, and might be irretrievable.

DHS and other intelligence agency personnel believe they have discovered a plot which is in its advanced planning stages, and significant actions have likely been taken toward making the plan operational in the very near future.

“If they are successful in taking out the infrastructure that it appears they are targeting, this could be a worst-case scenario for America,” one intelligence agency said anonymously.
