The following podcast is the audio from the Wednesday AmRRON Corps Breakout Channel Z-Net Training net, which takes place on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month (off-week from the Nationally Coordinated AmRRON nets).
The topic included an overview briefing on the Grindstone AmRRON Deployment in Tennessee, and the ongoing operations. This was an extremely valuable training net, with stations reporting in from the deployment, sharing their personal experiences and lessons learned.
Bravo Foxtrot-29: Regional Support Team Coordinator (and presently at the FOB relieving a very tired and hard-working Foxtrot Quebec-01 for a few days) shares experiences, lessons learned, and advice for those getting ready to deploy.
Bravo Tango-20: Level 4 AmRRON Corps operator reports in from his forward position in Little Germany, and was able to use a recently restored grid-up powered Starlink connection. BT-20 is also a Firefighter/Paramedic and shares his experiences from the field, and advice for other AmRRON operators preparing for deployment. BT-20 replaced ID10-T who originally infilled to Little Germany and made initial contact and linkup with the resident ham operator. ID10-T was exfilled back to the FOB, and is currently in another forward operating location attached to a recce team as their RTO. Operations will begin reaching deeper into the mountains to make contact with isolated communities.
Take good notes!
We need radio operator at the FOB! This is your chance to finally serve, and put your skills to work where the need is great! Your fellow countrymen and your fellow AmRRON operators need you now!

Well that was an abrupt ending. Overall really awesome to listen to though!
