It was a good exercise, this year! (as always). Having independent local, regional and INTERCONTINENTAL communications and information gathering & sharing with >zero< internet or other commercial infrastructure is a great capability.
Amen Popeye. I got enough traffic to pass good updates to local participants by CH3. We can’t control conditions but there were plenty of stations willing to help pass traffic and relay. Lots of power management lessons learned to help guide upgrades and TTPs for field ops. New SOI is excellent and proved very helpful.
